 XMSR We believe XM Satellite Radio (NAS:XMSR)
to be a buy at current levels. This is a little
pricy compared to some OTC stocks; however, we believe
there is minimal risk with as much as 50% returns within
3 months. XM Satellite Radio's only competitor is
Sirius Satellite Radio (NASD:SIRI) which is also a great
investment in our opinion, but not at current levels.
MXTR Maxtor Corp. and Quantum Corp.'s
Hard Disk Drive Group are merging to form the world's
largest hard-disk drive company. We've had our eye on
this storage giant for some time and recently entered
a large position. Last week there was rumor of a possible
buyout for $20 a share and we saw a spike into the $11
range. Once this rumor was proven fruitless the real news
of Maxtor's merger with Quantum Corp was announced. We're
issuing a Strong Buy. This is primarily due to consolidation
within the industry, earnings exceeding expectations and
as Maxtor's future dominance within the storage sector.
TELI
DNAP We urge you to keep a close
eye on TELI and DNAP.
EDWL EditWorks will be fun to
watch over the next week or two.
SSCP Keep in mind there is a
very low float of approximately 1.3 million shares and
this could cause rapid price swings.
TELI Current Price $1.18 2 month Target Price
$3.50 - TELI is near our past February release price of
$1 after gradually retracing from a high of $4.12. Over
the past several days, the FIRST issue of the Telli Paper
has been arriving at over 100,000 homes and businesses
in Marin County, California. The Telli Paper will be sent
out every 2-3 weeks. The free Telli Screens will begin
arriving at homes this winter. Telli is expected
to expand into Los Angeles, San Diego, and other areas
of San Francisco. We expect to see new buyers with
the new publicity they will be receiving.
DNAP DNAP should be nearing completion of it's
audit. This does not mean they will be trading instantly
on the OTC:bb and off the pinks. But it is the first step
toward an SEC approval. We think this will give
it's share price a slight boost.

acquisition news that has been rumored to be in the works
for some time now. CRNC will acquire ETA Internet Solutions,
Inc. As consideration for the acquisition, Chronicle issued
111,111 shares of its common stock, paid down approximately
$175,000 in ETAIS's liabilities and assumed approximately
$65,000 of ETAIS's liabilities. With the press release
coming rather late in the day, tomorrow should be a truer
indicator as to how the investing public views CRNC's
